Scheduling Appointments
For an appointment call our office at 801.829.3426. You may also request an appointment using our convenient on-line Appointment Request form. Once we recieve your appointment request, we will call you to confirm your appointment. In many cases, appointments are available the same day or next day.

Appointments are available Monday & Thursday from 9:00am - 7:00pm and Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm. Appointments can be made in advance for routine and follow up visits. Walk-in and Urgent Care appointments are available for sore throats, cough, cold headaches, stomach flu, sinus infections, and stitches. Follow-up appointments can be made over the phone or as you leave our office.
We make every effort to stay on schedule, although emergencies arise. If we are seriously delayed, we attempt to notify patients beforehand. As a courtesy to other patients and staff, please call the office as soon as possible if you are unable to keep an appointment or are going to be late.
